- RMCR Residential Mortgage Credit Report. Tradelines are updated within 90 days
from the date the account was reported. This report is good for 90 days from the date the file was originated. (note: RMCR
requests received after 3:30 p.m. (m.s.t.) will be considered business for the following day.)
- Prequal (QQ) A Quick-Qual is a pre-qualification in-file merged report containing
2 or 3 repositories. This report is good for 30 days from the date the file was originated. A QQ report is free if converted
into an RMCR within 30 days.
- 1 Tradeline Revisions Allows you to update any tradeline, public record, or request
landlord accounts be added.
- Supplements These are free one time updates/revisions done to RMCR tradelines.
We recommend that customer receipts/statements are obtained. (**Note re-verifications of already supplemented tradelines are
subject to additional fees).
- BEST ( Bureau Express Scoring Tool) Designed to create a permanent correction
to Experian (XPN), Trans Union (TU), and Equifax (EFX) personal credit files.
- Desktop Underwriter (DTU) MDS provides credit report information to lender who
use Fannie Maes Mornetplus network and products.
- Flood Certification Reports - MDS provides online flood report.
